Check-in time starts at 3 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.
Payment types accepted at this hotel: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa.
Card Holder must be 21 years or older to make a reservation.
Pet Policy: Well-behaved dogs are allowed, $50 fee per dog.
Government-issued photo identification and a credit card is required at check-in for incidental charges.
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges.
Please feel free to do your thing but the interior common areas of the lodge, guest rooms, & porches are no smoking zones. Kindly take it outside. A $350 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found in these areas.
Please enjoy roasting your s’mores kit at the fire pits but we can’t allow cooking over the fire pits or on the property. (Not even hotdogs, we’re sorry! Our local DOH will not allow it.)
Beer wine & cocktails are available for purchase via room service or in the tavern. Please note that with the exception of your inside guest rooms we can't allow outside alcohol in the common areas (room porches, lawn, tavern & patio) of The Woodhouse Lodge + Tavern. The reason is that we have a liquor license and The NY. State Liquor Authority does not allow consumption of outside beverages in common spaces.

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to check-in date receive a full refund minus a $100 dollar cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is charged per room (ex. 2 room reservation = $200 cancellation fee)
For cancellations made less than 5 days prior to check-in date the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in are subject to the full cost of the stay.
Early checkouts will not be refunded.
Group reservations: Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to check-in for parties with 4 or more rooms are responsible for the full price of the stay;
The deposit(s) are non-refundable for Group reservations of 3 or more rooms.
Requests to reschedule group bookings are subject to availability and must be made a minimum of one month in advance and may incur additional fees or rate increases.
Full property buyouts will be required to sign our room block contract. Please email hello@thewoodhouselodge.com for more information. Room Block Deposits for un-booked rooms are not refundable.

A 50% deposit is charged at the time of the booking to hold the room(s). The remaining balance is charged to the card on file at check-in. If you would like to arrange an alternative form of payment for your remaining balance i.e. cash or a different credit card, please present it at check-in.
One-night rentals are granted whenever possible but are solely at the discretion of the reservationist and based on the reservation schedule at that time.
Check-in time begins at 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. If you have a late checkout, please inform the front desk with an accurate exit time. We reserve the right to assess discretionary fees attached to any late checkout. Late checkout is not always an option.
